Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required to complete your return request.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment (for cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit).
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please check your bank account or payment provider again.
